You may recall the story of 11 year old Florida, Moss Park Elementary School student, Thalia Garcia who was actin a fool up in school, the deputy was called, and Garcia was alleged to have spit on a teacher and punched the deputy in the face? Her punishment was a zap of the ole taser, and she was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.

Well a juvenile court judge sentenced her to one year of probation, to continue counseling, and write an apology letter to the deputy. The family has been ordered to pay $2,000 in court costs. I still don't agree with tasering kids under a certain. READ MORE- WATCH VIDEO

Remember the 7-year-old kid, Latarian Milton, who ran away with his grandmother’s SUV last month and sent police on a kiddie car chase? Well, he is in trouble again…a quote in this video from him: “It’s fun to do bad things.”

I am really starting to believe mental illness and behavior disorders are increasingly going undetected or ignored in the black community. If not offered, people need to start demanding help.

He has been hospitalized for mental health evaluation, because of his latest incident, which occurred in a Wal-Mart. He wanted chicken wings and his grandmother told him ‘no,’ so badazz proceeded to go in the food line and order his own chicken wings. When she intervened, he started hitting her. He is still facing grand theft auto charges for the 'joy ride' incident.

If you were listening to this video with your eyes closed, you would think it was a joke. I hope he and his family get the help they need, otherwise, ten years from now he is destined to be in the state or federal penitentiary or six feet under. After watching this video, I am puzzled as to why we know his name and why are cameras following him seeking and recording comments, as if he were an ADULT?

1tasergirl.jpgWhat, are they carrying around pediatric taser guns now? A cop can't get an 11 year old under control? Parents can't spank, but cops can tase? Come on, now. Tasered in a class in front of students. She was in an English for Speakers of Other Languages class (ESOL). I can see the suit now, alleging she did not understand the command of the officer.

Moss Park Elementary School, located at 9301 N. Shore Golf Club Blvd in Orlando called police after an 11 year old female student, Thaliamar Jiminez was supposedly out of control, and was accused of spitting on her teachers, and pushing another student into oncoming traffic. The student had punched a cop in the face. Clearly out of control. But to be tasered?

Her mother Sandra Garcia said, "The school knows pretty well that my daughter is like a 5-year-old." Some are coming out on the side of the deputy, saying the girl "deserved it." Apparently, she has a behavior problem. READ MORE...

This could have been the most discipline she has ever had, but do you think cops should be tasering children? I don't think they should be tasering any child.

This happened last week and I decided to do some news stories today. I just think some kids do not understand the seriousness of sticking a knife into someone else’s body. They know nothing about human anatomy, how organs function, how one organ depends on another to function, and if damaged—the consequences. Another sad story, which is going to change this boy’s life permanently. He will miss his bother dearly and should forever carry guilt.

I just watched a 60 Minutes video a few weeks ago on the atrocities committed against men, women, and children in Rwanda. This is another wake up call America. Mothers made to perform sex acts on sons at gunpoint? This happened to a Haitian woman and her son in Florida. In America? whheeww. This will be the last entry for the day. Need to think about this one.
