Pa. Judge throws out Barack Obama citizenship lawsuit

On Friday night, U.S. District Judge R. Barclay Surrick threw out former Pennsylvania Deputy Attorney General Philip J. Berg's complaint that Barack Obama should be removed from the presidential race because he is not a U.S. citizen, but instead an Indonesian citizen.

I wonder if Conservative talk radio will be talking about this tomorrow. I can't wait to hear the their responses. Haters will probably find a way to link the judge to the Democratic National Committee and claim bias or corruption.

"Surrick issued a 34-page memorandum and opinion that said the claims were "ridiculous" and "patently false." He also said Berg's effort to pursue his claim regarding Obama's citizenship were "frivolous and not worthy of discussion."" READ MORE...
