Update: 11 year old tasered girl gets one year probation

You may recall the story of 11 year old Florida, Moss Park Elementary School student, Thalia Garcia who was actin a fool up in school, the deputy was called, and Garcia was alleged to have spit on a teacher and punched the deputy in the face? Her punishment was a zap of the ole taser, and she was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.

Well a juvenile court judge sentenced her to one year of probation, to continue counseling, and write an apology letter to the deputy. The family has been ordered to pay $2,000 in court costs. I still don't agree with tasering kids under a certain. READ MORE- WATCH VIDEO

That is real wrong for that 11 year old girl to be tasered. Yes a lawsuit needs to be filed against the officer for tasing her. No matter how bad the little girl was, he could have gotten back up, but to taser a child is just completely ridiculous.
