anonymous: "Some of yall stay black all of the time"

I was over on Thad Matthews' site reading a post he made about a Clear Channel black radio personality allegedly called Michelle Obama “ugly.” Once again, it is someone who should be the last person to be calling someone ugly. Many of the comments relate to M.O., Clear Channel, and the post in general. Many of his commenters post under “anonymous” and the last post I read was thought provoking.

Here is what anonymous @ 8:38 PM said:

“this is what Bobby said this morning. He said that at some point in your life sometimes you need to think like a white person and a white person should think like a black person. You need to have the abiities to switch the way that you think. he siad when you go out to purchase a house or car, you should think, what would a white person choose. He said that his thinking is a gift from God. He has the abilities to switch from left to right. Some of yall stay black all of the time.”

I wished that person had elaborated further. This comment can be dissected from several different angles. Think like a white person when you go out and buy a car or home? How about think like an educated investor or consumer when you go out and make a purchase?
