Usain Bolt gives Jamaica its first Olympic 100-meter champion

Usain Bolt is the world's fastest man. Bolt won the 100 meters in a world record time of 9.69 seconds, breaking his 11-week-old world record of 9.72. There is going to be a lot of partying to do in Jamaica when he returns home. Congratulations Usain!!!
