I ran into this article penned "How to Be Ghetto" with the author listed as "By eHow Fashion, Style & Personal Care Editor" over on eHow.com. I don't know if it started out as a joke or someone bored, just typing thought with the goal of trying to be humorous. But it reads like an instructional recipe with 9 steps.

To me, ghetto can be a place occupied and a frame of mind or a mentality. It sounds like the person is describing the life and lifestyles of a stereotypical rap or hip hop artist.
