Trashman has been INDICTED

According to the website,TheSmokingGun.com, 42 year old Anton Dunn has been identified as the "Trashman." That masked man who sounded delusional in his viral AIDS infection videos, and now his latest, laced Gerber baby food video. I can see the insanity pleas being cooked up already.

Hopefully, they will make a good example out of him. People really think they are anonymous on the web. There is no anonymity I guess unless you are using a shared or public computer without cameras on you, and delete does not mean delete on the web. Just remember. He vowed he'd never get caught. HA! Guess it's gotcha!

Anyway, The Smoking Gun says "Agents tracked Dunn via a web site registered in his name. The name of that site, chroniccast.org, streamed across the bottom of some "Trashman" videos."

His charges:

1 count of sending threats in interstate commerce
1 count of falsely claiming to have tampered with a consumer product

If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of five years in prison on each count, for a total of 10 years’ imprisonment, and a maximum fine on each count of $250,000 or twice the gross pecuniary loss or gain derived from the offense.
