Jazmine Sullivan
I love this reggae lite-lovers rock- soul infused song by Jazmine Sullivan. I heard it in the car last night and she sounded like Lauryn Hill mixed with Alicia Keyes. The song is "Need U Bad." Refreshing. Kinda scared me to hear on the hip hop station. As I moved through the channels, I thought I had hit some Rhode Island reggae show, but to my surprise the hip hop station gave it some airplay. It's a hit to me.

Yeah, I heard this song about a month ago and thought it was Lauryn Hill also. This song is a nice change from what I normally hear on the radio and is a for sure hit.

Beautiful Music! It sounds like she has her own unique voice and perspective as a singer. I agree that she has the musicality and soulful sound reminiscent of Alicia Keys and Lauren Hill.
Thanks for posting.
Asia K, this was Lauryn Hill's comeback song. It has her signature all over it. I like Pepa's Jamaican chat, but I would have liked to hear a Lady Saw or Tanya Stephens with Hill or even Beenie Man's wife or soon to be ex., D'Angel, just to spice and glam things up a bit more...
I'M LOVING THIS TRACK, JAZMINE IS GOING TO PUT GOOD TRUE GROOVE MUSIC BACK ON THE MAP, I'M LOVING HER SOUND, AND JUST HER LYRICS, GET IT GIRL
