More Free Tuition...if you don't mind New Hampshire

| | Comments (0)

Well there is some good news for the super rich. You know…families that make over $50,000 per year. Dartmouth College, out of Hanover, New Hampshire has come to the aide of families with income of less than $75,000.

Dartmouth plans to replace loans with scholarships in a move, which mimics actions by Harvard University last year, to lessen the burden on families which fall outside of the financial eligibility guidelines. Many of the students who receive free tuition will also be eligible to receive scholarships for expenses such as room, board, and books.

Tuition at Dartmouth for this school year is $34,965 + room, board, and mandatory fees $10,518 total $45,483 a year to attend the university. The school boasts a $3.8 billion endowment fund.
